I purchased mine a long time ago and I am very happy with it. It is a 60 minute dvd, with 4 complete 15-minute mat workouts. She starts out with arms, then legs, bottom and finishes up with abs. It’s hard work ladies, but once you get into it you won’t be able to stop. I promise you that your body will transform if you are constant and keep up with her 6 day routine workout. I don’t do the whole dvd every day, just because it is long, and sometimes I just don’t have the time. But, this is what is so good about it! When you are in a run, you can pick those areas that you want to focus on and work on them. However, whenever you have those 60 minutes, do not be lazy….and do it all! The first time I did this workout, I remember my next day…as if it were yesterday :-)…my legs were soooo sore!!! But, do not be discouraged if this happens. It is very normal.
What I also like a lot about this dvd is that she thoroughly explains every move. For those of you who are new to her method, this might be a good dvd to start with. She also keeps track of all her movements, which you will not see very much in her workouts once you get into the advanced metamorphosis.
