As a quick note for all my mommy’s to be readers:
If you are looking to keep up with some workout, during your pregnancy, to feel good, energized and fit, I strongly recommend these yoga videos that I have done lately. They are not high impact nor do they require a lot of strength. Anyone is welcome to try them throughout their pregnancy, if you have consent from your doctor.
This morning I did Pregnancy Yoga – Strength & Stability workout. If you are in your second trimester, looking out to do some nice stretch outs, as well as working your bottom, to keep you lower back from suffering during pregnancy, try this! It is so good!! It will only take 30 minutes of your time and the reward will be so big.
