Very easy ‘plain bread’ recipe

All you need for this delicious bread is:

  • 3 eggs
  • 150 gr of brown sugar (add more if you like it sweeter)
  • 1 plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  •  4 or 5 tablespoons of unsweetened applesauce
  • 170 gr of flour
  • baking soda and baking powder
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Mix eggs and sugar first until well combined. Make sure eggs are at room temperature
  3. Add yogurt, olive oil and applesauce and mix
  4. Combine all of the above with flour. Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  5. Bake for about 30min or until baking stick comes out clean.
