Balsamic Glazed Roasted Vegetables

Hi!! We are sharing with you this delicious and easy recipe!!

All you will need is:

– 6 Ripe plum tomatoes

-2 Zuchinnis

-1 Bell peppers

– 1 Onions (quartered and thickly sliced)

-4 Garlics

-1 cup of sliced mushrooms

– 1/4 cup olive oil

-1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar


1)Preheat oven 400F

2)Put all vegetables in the oven dish, drizzle with olive oil and add the balsamic vinegar.

3) Season with salt and pepper and add fresh basil.

4)Roast uncovered for 30 to 35 or until most of the vegetables are tender.

Delicious as a side dish. Hope you enjoy it.
