You will need:
– Wild Salmon
-Salt and Pepper
- Preheat oven to 375
- Place Salmon on baking dish and sprinkle with sesame oil (just a little bit).
- Add pesto (to your taste). I do not add too much cause it will take away the salmon’s flavor.
- Add some capers, salt and pepper. Top it with fresh thyme, amazingly yummy once it is crispy and baked.
It is a simple but yet SO delicious and healthy.
