I do not know where this recipe came from so I can only give credit to my cousin, who was the one to share it with me. Try it and you will be delighted. It is easy, healthy and quick to make.
This is what you will need:
- 1/2 a Kilo of Cooked Prawns
- Cilantro
- 1 Diced Mango
- 1 Diced Green Pepper
- 1/2 a Diced Red Onion
- Juice of 5 Lemons
- 1 Tablespoon of Orange Juice
Dice all the ingredients. Combine. Mix. Let sit for a while in the fridge. Serve cold.
