DIY: Fun Firming Facial Mask

Have you ever heard of dragon fruit? It’s one of my favorite fruits. Unfortunately not so easy to find where I live. It flourishes and grows in South America and in Asia. If you have never tried it, you must. Rich in vitamin C, B1, B2 and B3, and minerals such as iron, calcium, and phosphorus. It is definitely one of the best “super fruits” out there.

Anyway, since you know me, I have researched all around, until I have found an easy, natural and quick facial mask for you to try at home and for you to enjoy all the benefits of this super fruit. Packed with antioxidants and Vitamin E, your skin will feel softer, firmer, and more toned. Very easy and fast to do.

Here is what you will need:

-Half of one dragon fruit

-1 teaspoon of honey

-1/2 a teaspoon of olive oil or 100% vitamin E oil. 

Mash and mix all the ingredients together. Apply on face and let stand for around 15 minutes. Relax and enjoy while you eat the other half 😉 .
