Mozzarella-Filled Hass Avocados

Skimming through a magazine the other day, I ran across this simple recipe that looked delicious. I’ve done it today at home and it is worth trying. Very easy and healthy.

These are the steps you need to follow:

  1. Cut the avocado in half, discard stone, and fill it with mozzarIMG_0026ella (or a melting cheese of your choice).
  2. Add salt and a touch of squeezed lemon. Top with diced bell peppers.
  3. Place it on an oven tray and bake until cheese melts and peppers look roasted.

Delicious and fun to do with your kids too. Hope you enjoy it.


Para esta receta necesitas unos aguacates. Asegúrate que no estén demasiado duros. 1.Quítales el hueso.

2.Rellénalos con queso mozarella o de algún otro queso a tu gusto.


3. Añade sal y unas gotitas de jugo de limón. Acompáñalo con pimiento troceado por encima.

4.Mételo en el horno hasta que el queso se haya derretido. Es un plato fácil y divertido para hacer con los enanos.  Espero que lo disfrutéis.
