Spice Up Your Life! 

I want to talk about spices, commonly used for cooking. However, I have recently discovered that they can also be used as part of our beauty regime making us look and feel amazing.

Black pepper, will be good for: 

  • Enzyme production in the pancreas
  • Constipation
  • Digestion and bloatiness
  • Liver cleansing
  • Reducing fat in liver, kidneys and intestine
  • Keeping bad colesterol at bay
  • Boosting up metabolic rates
  • Controlling acidity while regulating PH level in our bodiesBlack pepper

Known for being :

  • One of the strongest antioxidants
  • A great anti fungal and antibacterial
  • High in Vitamin C, K, maganessiun, potasium, iron and fibre

What to do: Every morning, crash 20 black pepper corns. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon, to mask the black pepper flavor, PLUS it will add extra health benefits (post about cinnamon’s heath benefits soon to come). Mix well with half a glass of water and it’s ready to drink.
