I want to talk about spices, commonly used for cooking. However, I have recently discovered that they can also be used as part of our beauty regime making us look and feel amazing.
Black pepper, will be good for:

What to do: Every morning, crash 20 black pepper corns. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon, to mask the black pepper flavor, PLUS it will add extra health benefits (post about cinnamon’s heath benefits soon to come). Mix well with half a glass of water and it’s ready to drink. I personally like taking this pepper-cinnamon mix after lunch.
