The Veggie Sandwich

Today I was in a hurry so I prepared myself this tasty veggie sandwich. Want to have one too? Here are the steps you should follow. Feel free to add any veggie you have in your fridge.

  1. I grill the bread
  2. Once it’s grilled, I spread avocado on it.
  3. I slice half of a zucchini. (Thinly s
  4. liced and peeled) and place it on top of the avocado. ( I like the crunch to it).
  5. I top it with greens, crumbled feta and tomatoes.
  6. (If you have ground flaxseeds, sprinkle some of that too)

You see, easy, quick and healthy lunch.
