Who doesn’t like artichokes? It’s one of my favorite vegetables. They are so healthy and delicious. Today I prepared them with onion and bacon. These are the steps you need to follow. (I used organic, frozen, artichokes. But you can also use fresh artichokes).
- In a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, cook half a diced onion at medium heat. Once tender, add the bacon and cook.
- Add the artichokes. Lower the heat and cover for 5 minutes. Stir often. Enjoy!
