Today I made roasted veggies. This is a very tasty and delicious dish and it will make your house smell like heaven while it’s baking. You don’t have to complicate yourself to make a healthy dish. Use your imagination with whatever veggies you have in your fridge. In this recipe I used many colorful ones.


  • Carrots
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Peppers
  • Cauliflower
  • Onions
  • Zucchini

Roasted Vegetables

Dice all the veggies and place in an oven tray. Drizzle everything with olive oil & add salt. Bake for about 45 min at 350F. Be careful not to burn the veggies. Top with feta cheese for a burst of flavor.



Comer sano no tiene porque ser difícil. Tener una dieta equilibrada es vital para tener una buena salud. Hoy he usado las verduras que tenia en la nevera. Así es como lo he preparado, espero que os guste.

  • Pimiento rojo
  • Coliflor
  • Cebolla
  • Calabacín

Roasted Vegetables

Trocea todas las verduras a tu gusto. Añade aceite virgen, sal y pimienta. Mételas en el horno 45 minutos a 180 grados. Añade queso feta al salir

del horno para un sabor rico y mas intenso.
