Beet chips recipe, how I made them using Gwyneth Paltrow’s book.
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F or 180 C
- Use mandolin to thinly slice the beet
- Dress with olive oil, oregano, salt, & pepper
- Place on baking sheet, lay the slices out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool completely on the baking sheet and store.
Delicious, you will see!!
