Best Healthy Banana Bread Recipe

If you have ripped bananas at home, don’t throw them away!!Use them to make this delicious banana bread. Everyone will love it. 

Ingredients:

3 very ripe bananas

2 eggs (at room temperature)

1/3 cup pure maple syrup

1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt 

1 3/4 cup Baking Flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 melted coconut oil( room temp)

and 2 tablespoons of apple sauce

Preheat oven 180 C

  1. Mix all wet ingredients, eggs, bananas, maple syrup, yogurt
  2. Mix dry ingredients: Flour,baking soda, cinnamon. 
  3. Mix wet and dry and add coconut oil and apple sauce.
  4. Once all mixed, place on a loaf pan and bake around 30 to 35 min.
